Policies

ORDERS:

1. Prices include personalization of initials or name.

2. Prices of plain,stamped and carved items are based on one solid color finish and one color lace.

 For two tone finish add $10 and  two tone lace add $5.

3. When ordering a belt, the Exact Waist  Size Is Needed.

4. A belt waist size of 52" plus may require and extra charge of $6.00

5. A 50% deposit is required on all orders. The balance is required at the completion of the order.

6. Postage will be an additional charge.

7. The normal time to complete an item is 5-10 business days. Some items will take longer.

8. The color of the finish and leather may vary due to the finish and leather available. 

9. Some of the items shown on the site are in stock, others will need to be ordered.

SALES:

1. A 7% sales tax charge will be added to all Ohio orders.

2. A charge of $25.00 will be charged for all return checks.

3. All sales of personalized items are final.

4. For payment I accept cash, check, credit card and Pay Pal.

RETURNS:
1. No returns are accepted on special and personalized orders unless the item is defective.

​2. If an item is defective, it will be repaired, replaced or money refunded.
